Meet Anthony and Nick Cordero, sons to Chef Mike Cordero, the visionary minds behind our taco revolution. Inspired by a simple question - what’s something you could eat every day? - Taco Rock emerged as the answer: a fast-casual sanctuary boasting a scratch kitchen and a vibrant bar scene. Determined to shake up the mundane, we introduced “Tacos with Attitude” to the culinary lexicon, led by our iconic creations like the Birria Taco and the Puffy Beef Taco.
